Is it the same price for virtual?

Yes, absolutely! You can choose to have online counselling at the
same price.

Can I reschedule if I can’t make it to my appointment?

Your time is valuable — and so is mine. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full session fee.

If you’re experiencing an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please reach out as soon as possible — I will always approach with compassion.

Is the 30 minute clarity call really free?

Yes, the 15-minute discovery call is free. It’s an opportunity for us to
connect via video or phone and see if we’re the right fit before you
decide to book any sessions.

DO you provide crisis intervention, diagnosis, or medical/psychiatric treatment?

My counselling services are designed to support clients with emotional wellbeing, relational healing, and trauma recovery. I do not provide crisis intervention, diagnosis, or medical/psychiatric treatment.

IS my session confidential?

All sessions are held in strict confidence and in accordance with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) Code of Ethics. Your personal information and session content will not be shared without your written consent, except in the following cases:

  • If there is a risk of serious harm to you or others

  • If required by law (e.g., subpoena or legal order)

  • If there is disclosure of abuse involving a minor or vulnerable person
